Nishidhar Reddy: I have big ideas…. and I believe ideas can beat crisis. I run towards the fire …. I am an overseas education & career consultant and my company represents some of the leading institutes/universities in Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand with over 18 years of experience with international student issues. I live in Australia technically and physically in India (Both Melbourne and Hyderabad are my homes) I hate to say I am organized but I need order in my life, I like being in control, I tend to take over every possible thing, I like to help others, maybe I am a bit bossy sometimes but again social and outgoing, think I am a bit sensitive too. I am passionate about everything I do. And I love to plan specific strategies for everything that needs more awareness and public attention My weakness “Some times I get all upset and angry with others when things DO NOT go the way I fully expected them too……
